Show Me the Money! E MDT Case Approaches to Recovering Funds (8.12.2025)

Please join the National Elder Abuse MDT Training and Technical Assistance Center in welcoming Allison Granata, Director of E-MDT Initiatives at Upstate Elder Abuse Center at Lifespan in discussing options for recovery of funds in elder abuse cases, including criminal restitution, civil judgments, informal agreements, and crime victim compensation. Granata will further explore how E-MDT collaboration supports creative and effective financial recovery efforts for survivors. She will explain how to recognize opportunities to recommend financial recovery in future case discussions.
