The Administration of Community Living’s Issue briefings cover content on issues affecting older adults or people with disabilities. Many of the briefings include information about evidence-based programs that could address the challenge and provide examples of how ACL's networks can work together to address the issue.

Elder Justice Initiative
This site features the Department of Justice's enforcement and programmatic efforts to combat elder abuse, neglect and financial fraud and scams that target older adults. The segment on "multidisciplinary teams" provides curated content and guidance to coordinators and professionals on E-MDTs
Justice in Aging
Justice in Aging is a national organization that uses the power of law to fight senior poverty by securing access to affordable health care, economic security, and the courts for older adults with limited resources. National Center on Elder Abuse
The National Center on Elder Abuse (NCEA) serves as a national resource center dedicated to the prevention of elder mistreatment. The site contains information on new and emerging research, practice, policy and education to prevent and respond to elder mistreatment.
National Center on Law and Elder Rights
The National Center on Law and Elder Rights (NCLER) provides legal services and aging and disability communities with the tools and resources they need to serve older adults with the greatest economic and social needs. The National Center to Reframe Aging (NCRA) is the central hub for the movement to reframe aging. This site contains resources, tools, multimedia, research articles, and newsletters to improve the public’s understanding of what aging means and the many ways that older people contribute to society.
National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life
The National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life host training resources on abuse in later life, with specific content curated for victims and allies, professionals and trainers.
National Indigenous Elder Justice Initiative
The National Indigenous Elder Justice Initiative (NIEJI) was created to address the lack of culturally appropriate information and community education materials on Elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation in Indian Country. This site contains information on research, education and training available for the identification and prevention of elder abuse in indigenous communities.
