Kristin Reel, Training and Technical Assistance Specialist, supports the OVC Performance Management Team at the Office for Victims of Crime, Office of Justice Programs. With 8 years’ experience in training, she has focused on trauma-informed care and building resiliency in adults and children. Kristin received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in Spanish with a minor in Education.
Phillip Kim is the Technical Assistance Program Coordinator for the National Elder Abuse MDT Training and Technical Assistance Center at Weill Cornell Medicine. In this role, he oversees the Center’s database and analyzes data to enhance performance management and program development. Phillip also provides training and technical assistance on best practices for data collection and database management. Phillip holds a B.A. in Health Science from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary.
Effective performance reporting is essential for grantees and sub-grantees of the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) to demonstrate impact, meet funder requirements, and improve program outcomes.
